PIC: Homemade stuffed peppers and tomatoes (my moms recipe)
My experience from last year was get more energy with more nutritious food. We bought burgers, Jacket Potatoes and it wasn’t a good idea while running last year. Therefore I started cooking the night before.
It is 24h relay race and food is very important and so is recovery and electrolytes because it will be a hot weekend.
Planning for going on a race for two days and my list of equipment is already endless long.
